Donations Welcome 1st Way of Eugene is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping girls and women through pregnancy. As a result of volunteerism and financial donations, we are able to provide quality care to our clients free of charge. Our medical professionals and peer counselors volunteer their time. Individuals make tax-deductible donations to support 1st Way because they want women experiencing unplanned pregnancies to have the information they need to make informed decisions. If you would like to make a donation of money, clothing or supplies to 1st Way to ensure that women have compassionate, free care during this very important time in their lives, please contact us. A Letter from one of our donors:
To the volunteers at First Way, In December of last year, I brought my daughter into your center for a free pregnancy test. Your volunteers treated her with kindness and spent a lot of time visiting with her about her pregnancy and the services you offer. I was impressed that she would be able to even select some clothing as she did not have much money. My daughter was killed in a car wreck when she was 3 1/2 months pregnant — not long after our visit to your office.
